Bernaise sauce

will need hollandaise to complete recipe

Ingredients

• skillet
• 2 TBL dry white wine
• 1 tbl tarragon vinegar
• 1 tsp tarragon leaves
• 2 teaspoons chopped shallots
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cool until most of liquid is gone, combine with hollandaise mixture in blender, blend at high speed.
