Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can blueberries
- 1 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 6 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Drain fruit juices. Mix raspberry gelatin and boiling water. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup warm water; soften and pour into raspberry gelatin mixture. Add fruit juices and congeal slightly. Add fruit, pecans and whipped cream. Pour into large ring mold and congeal.
