Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup currants
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until light and fluffy. Add soda and brandy. Add the flour alternately with the fruit and nuts. The dough will be soft. Drop by teaspoon full, 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are light brown. Do not over bake.
