Ingredients
- 16 chicken pieces (skinless legs and thighs)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp hot chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in yogurt and spice mixture overnight.
Cook chicken at 350 for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Or BBQ until cooked through.
