Ingredients
- 1 pkg onion soup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 large onions
- 1 can consomme
- 1 cup water
- 1 bottle beer
- Holland Rusk
- Mozarella Cheese
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Melt butter and simmer onions until transparent.
2.) Add consomme, water and beer and cook for 45 minutes.
3.) Place in individual serving dishes, cover with Holland Rusk and grated mozarella cheese.
4.) Bake at 350F.
