Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/8 3/8 3/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1 1 grated garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups halved or quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup slivered shallots
  • 2 2 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Preparation

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, and garlic clove in a medium bowl; whisk until well blended. Stir in tomatoes, shallots, and thyme.
