- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut cream

Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl with a fork, cover and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Pour a little cocoa, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts into a shallow bowl. Scoop out a spoonful of hardened chocolate, gently roll it into a ball, and roll in topping.
