Biscuit Breakfast Bundt

Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325F. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Tear apart biscuits in half and roll them into balls. Drop biscuit balls into bottom of prepared pan, filling half full.

2. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 mins until exposed biscuits are golden brown. Set aside to cool.

3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine confectioners sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and vanilla.

4. Placed cake on serving plate and top with orange glaze.
