  • For the bread:
  • 1 14-ounce 1 14-ounce 14-ounce bag cauliflower rice, steamed until tender
  • 1 1 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • For the sandwiches:
  • 4 4 4 slices cauliflower bread
  • 2 2 2 thick slices southern European cow, goat, or sheep’s milk cheese, such as gruyere, manchego, buffalo mozzarella, or goat’s milk cheddar
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
