Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 C)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 C bottled pasta sauce
- 1/4 C chopped parsley
- 1 t dried oregano
- 3/4 t dried basil
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 C (4oz) shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 4-6 oven - ready lasagna noodles

Step 1
1. Cook turkey, onion & garlic in nonstick skillet 8 mins, until no longer pink. Add 1 C pasta sauce, parsley, oregano & basil; spread evenly in skillet. Spread ricotta cheese over top. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella & parmesan. Top with 4 or more noodles to cover cheese. Break up remaining noodles to fill in open areas. Pour remaining pasta sauce over top; gently press down noodles to moisten.
2. Cover; simmer 15 mins, until noodles are tender. Top with remaining mozzarella & parmesan. Cover; simmer 2 mins or until cheese is melted. Let stand, covered, 15 mins.
