Ingredients
- 1/2lb1/2 lb ground beef
- 11 chopped onion
- 11 chopped green pepper
- 116 oz can1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1can1 can kidney beans
- 18 oz can1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2tsp1/2 tsp salt
- 1tbs1 tbs chili powder
- 11 bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef onions and peppers until the meat is browned. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove bay leave before serving over rise and topped with cheese.
