Sweet and Sour Sauce (Spareribs)

Ingredients

• 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup sugar
• 4 4 4 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 2 2 cups water
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup vinegar
• 2 2 2 tbsp soy sauce (gradually)

Combine all above ingredients into a pot on the stove and stir.
Heat until thick and clear
