- 3 # pork
- 3 # beef

- 2 tbsp garlic salt
- Beef casings for 34 # of product

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and quarter potatoes. Place in cold water. Peel and quarter onions. Grind pork, beef, potatoes, and onions. Mix in seasonings. Wash out casings and put product into casings.
