Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 2 2 2 cans of black beans, drained
• 1 1 1 can sweet corn
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 jar roasted red pepper and onion relish
• 4 4 4 oz feta cheese
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
• 1 1 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 2 2 2 tbs rice vinegar
• 1 1 1 tbs olive oil
• 1 1 1 tbs lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
