Ingredients

  • 2-3 2-3 2-3 oz (85 g) of green jello
  • 2 2 2 cups boiling water
  • 1-3/4 1-3/4 1-3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 8 8 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 14 2 14 2 - 14 oz crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Strain pineapple into a 2 cup measuring cup and let stand to get all the juice
Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water and add sugar and juice from the pineapple (add water to the pineapple juice if you don't have enough liquid to equal 1-3/4 cups) and stir
Set in fridge to partially set.
Add softened cream cheese and the pineapple and stir.

Note: I prefer to use a mix master to blend cream cheese and pineapple or a
hand mixer.

85 g x 2 = 170 g or 3 oz (jello)
250 g x 2 = 500 g or 8 oz (cream cheese)
