Spaghetti Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 1 1 cup marinara
  • 12 12 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 1/4c 1/4c (1/2 stick) butter melted
  • 1 1 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 2 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 2 2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan
  • 6 6 6 slices mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. drain

in a large bowl, toss together spaghetti and marinara.

in a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and parmesan. place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a 9" x 13" baking dish. top each with spaghetti mixture, then drape over mozzarella to cover. place the top halves of the buns on top. brush buns literally with butter mixture.

bake until cheese is melty and buns are toasted, 10 mins. for easier serving, run a paring knife between each bun
