Raspberry Mimosas

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 lemon wedge
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sugar, for rim
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup raspberry sorbet
  • 4 4 4 oz. chambord
  • 1 1 1 bottle sparkling rose
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Rim 4 glasses with lemon wedge, then dip in sugar. Place a small scoop of sorbet in each glass, then top with chambord, sparkling rose, and a few fresh raspberries.
