Ingredients
- 2/3 c rice
- 1 3/4 chicken bouillon
- 1/3 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp Durkee Italian Seasoning
- 1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (ie broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In 9 x 13 baking dish, combine uncooked rice, and 1/2 of Durkee onions
Combine Italian seasoning and bouillon and pour over rice mixture
Arrange chicken breasts on top and pour the Italian dressing over the chicken
Bake covered for 30 minutes
Place vegetables around the chicken covering the rice and bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken and rice are done
Top the chicken with the remaining Durkee onions and bake uncovered 1 to 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown
