Ingredients
- /2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1-1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 lbs. chicken wings wing tips removed
Preparation
Step 1
In medium size bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, oil, garlic, ginger, red-pepper flakes and black pepper. Add chicken wings turn to coat. Marinate covered in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Prepare grill for direct grilling. Remove wings from marinade, discard marinade. Grill wings over direct heat covered 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
