Ingredients
- Chicken breast pounded thin
- mustard
- pastrami
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup bread crumbs,panko crumbs, and cornflakes
- mayonnaise and seasoning
- duck sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Lay chicken flat,dip in seasoned mustard then into mixture of crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Spread with a layer of mustard. Cover with a slice of pastrami.
2. Roll up tightly and place seam down into pan. Sprinkle with some duck sauce. Spray liberally with pam.
3. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
