Ingredients
- 1 1 1 cup sour cream
- 8 8 8 oz cream cheese
- 15 15 15 oz crème de brie
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 6 cups chopped prosciutto (about 6 oz)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Step 1
preheat oven to 375. in a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, crème de brie, and parmesan cheese. beat at medium speed, with electric mixer until smooth. add prosciutto, green onion, and red pepper flakes, beating to combine. spoon mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish. bake 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly. serve with crackers or melba toast rounds.
