Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and cilantro in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, and vinegar. Toss gently to combine.
Cover the bowl and let sit for 6-8 hours at room temperature before serving.
