  • 3 3 3 pieces salmon, cut into strips\
  • 2 2 2 cups panko crumbs
  • 2 2 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 3 3 3 eggs
  • 1 1 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 1 1 cup flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the panko and cheese and set aside.
2. Whisk the eggs and water, set aside.
3. Mix the flour and salt and pepper,set aside.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with pam. Pat salmon with paper towels to make sure dry. Dip each one in flour then eggs then crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet. Spray with pam.
5. Bake on 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. serve warm with green goddess dip.
