Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1-1/2 lbs 1-1/2 lbs Flank Steak or substitute with round steak

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender combine soya, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder and oil. Blend for 15 seconds.
Cut steak into strips and pierce meat, lay in a shallow glass pan. Pour marinade over the steak. (you can also just put the meat and marinade over the steak and mush it all around.
Put the steak mixture in the fridge to chill overnight or 8 hours.

Cook meet on the barbecue till it is done
