Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 lb. black & green olives
  • 4 4 4 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 2 2 T olive oil
  • 1 1 1 T lemon juice
  • salt
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 3 3 3 T minced parsley
  • 4 4 4 Romaine leaves
  • 4 4 slice 4 thin slice prosciutto
  • breadsticks

Preparation

Step 1

Toss olives & celery with olive oil, lemon juice & crushed red pepper. Add parsley & toss. Marinate for at least 15 min. Serve our romaine & garnish with prosciutto & breadsticks
