Egg and Pesto Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Flaxseed wrap
  • 1 Tbs. basil pesto or sun dried tomato pesto
  • 1 hard boiled egg, thinly sliced
  • 1 thin tomato slices
  • handful of baby spinach or shredded lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

If the wrap is freshly made, allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then spread the pesto in a 2 inch strip down the middle of the wrap. Place sliced egg on the pesto strip, followed by tomato slices. Top with spinach or lettuce. Roll up.
