Ingredients
- 1 1 1 lb cod or haddock fillets, cut into chunks
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 3 3 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 1 1 Tbsp mayonaise
- 1 1 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 1 1 cup almond flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 2 2 Tbsp Olive oil or Coconut Oil or Ghee

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a food processor, pulse the fish, basil, garlic, spices, and mayo until the cod is finally chopped.
2. Form into 8 patties.
3. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, and then coat in the almond flour mixture.
4. In a skillet, heat your oil or ghee on med. Fry the cakes 3 minutes per side or until they turn a deep golden brown.
5. Serve immediately.
