Fiesta Black Bean Southwestern Salsa

Ingredients

• 1/4 1/4 1/4 C lime juice
• 1 15oz. 1 15oz. 15oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 C chopped onion
• 1 1 1 clove chopped garlic
• 2 2 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 C chopped cilantro
• 1 1 1 chopped avocado

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except avocado. Chill 4hrs. Just before serving add avocado
