Marshmallow Graham Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. (16 Oz.) Large Marshmallow
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Extract
  • 1 Can 20 Oz. Crushed Pineapple (Drained)
  • 2 Cups Whipping Cream, Whipped
  • 2 Cups Greased Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

In a Heavy Saucepan Over Low Heat Melt Marshmallow And Milk. Remove From Heat. Cool Stir Occasionally. Stir In Extract. Fold In Pineapple And Whipped Cream. Combine Cracker Crumbs And Butter. Press Into A Greased 13x9x2 Inch Pan.( Save A Little) Spread On The Pineapple Mixture. Sprinkle The Remaining Crumbs On Top. Refrigerate 2 To 3 Hours Before Serving.
