Diane's Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 5 5 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 small 1 small jalapeño pepper, minced, seeded if desired for less heat
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • juice of 2-3 limes (to taste)
  • splash splash extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 garlic clove, minced
  • sea salt to taste (Maldon flaked sea salt pictured)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Eat with lots and lots of tacos.
