Waffles - Light n Crisp

for use with Oster wafflemaker

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 egg, separated
• 1 1 1 cup milk
• 1 1 1 cup flour
• 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp salt
• 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 Tbls oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat waffle maker. Put egg white in small bowl and whip until stiff. Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and mix until smooth. Fold in egg whites.

Pour 1/2 cup batter over center of grids. Close waffle maker, and bake until golden, about 2 mins. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
