Beautifying Turmeric Tea Latte

Ingredients

• 1 1 10 8-10 Organic Turmeric Tea Bag (steep in 10 oz hot water for 8-10 minutes)
• 1 1 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 1 1 tsp Four Sigmatic Hydration Blend
• 1 1 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
• 2 2 2 oz. coconut milk
• Pinch Pinch of black pepper
• 1 1 tsp honey

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until frothy. Enjoy!
