Tahini Remoulade (Ana Sortun)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup tahini at room temp
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 minced cornichons
  • 1/4 cupt drained and rinsed small capers
  • 2 TBS chopped dill
  • 2 pepperoncini - stemmed, seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together. Season with salt and black pepper.
