Ingredients
- 1 1 1 pound cinnamon-raisin bread cut in cubes
- 6 6 6 eggs beaten
- 2/3 2/3 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 2 2 cups milk
- 1 1 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter

Step 1
heat oven to 350*
put bread cubes in a buttered 9X13 pan
combine eggs, 2/3 cup of sugar, milk, heavy cream and vanilla
pour he egg mixture over the bread cubes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
sprinkle the top with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar ad pour the melted butter over the pudding
bake 35 minutes
