Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 4 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted
- 2 2 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 4 4 eggs room temperature
- 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 cups flour
- 2 2 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 2 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
Blend in egg 1 at a time until well blended
Add vanilla
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt
Chill 4 hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 350
Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll until heavily coated ball
Place 2 inches apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake 10.5 minutes. Do not over bake.
