Great Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 3/4 3/4 c butter or shortening
• 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 c brown sugar
• 2 2 2 tbsp milk
• 1 1 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 c flour
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 1 1 tsp salt
• 1 1 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 1 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat at med. speed until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon full of dough 3 inches a part onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 mins.
