Ingredients

  • Green Goddess Dressing (recipe follows)
  • 1 1 1 med heirloom tomato, quartered
  • 6 6 6 heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 2 2 ozs Louisiana blue lump crabmeat
  • 4 4 4 ozs Burrata cheese (could substitute fresh mozzarella)
  • Garnish: chopped fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

GREEN GODDESS DRESSING (Makes 1/2 quart)
1/2 c Mayo
1/3 c buttermilk
1/4 c fresh chives
1/4 c fresh flat leaf parsley
1/4 c fresh tarragon
1/4 c fresh cilantro
1 T lemon juice
2 anchovy fillets

Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Store leftover dressing in refrigerator.
