Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 c sugar
  • 1 1 1 LG egg
  • 1 1 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 1 2 c + 2 T all purpose flour
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 1 1 c macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 1 1 c white chocolate baking chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In LG bowl, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in egg & vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour & baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts & baking chips.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on pans 1 min. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Freeze option: Freeze cookies, layered between waxed paper, in freezer containers. To use, thaw before serving or if desired, reheat on baking sheet in preheated 350 oven 3-4 minutes.
