Ingredients
- 1 1 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 1 1 med green pepper, chopped
- 1 1 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 10 can 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 8 can 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c uncooked long grain rice
- 1 1 1 t salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t dried basil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/4 1/4 to to /2 t each white, black & cayenne pepper
- 4-6 4-6 4-6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 1 1 sm head cabbage, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet cook the beef, green pepper, onion & garlic over med heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, seasonings & hot sauce.
Spread into ungreased 13x9 in. baking dish. Top with cabbage & cheese. Cover & bake at 350 for 65-75 minutes until rice is tender.
