Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 4oz pkg 4oz white chocolate
  • 1 1 1 pkg coconut cream instant pudding
  • 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven 350*
mix 1 cup coconut, butter, and crumbs in 9 inch pie pan
press onto bottom and up side of pie plate
bake 10 minutes
Microwave 3 chocolate in small microwave bowl stirring every 30 sec
stir until chocolate is completely melted
spread onto bottom of crust
refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm
beat pudding mix and milk with which 2 minutes
stir in remaining coconut; pour into crust
refrigerate until ready to add next layer
microwave remaining chocolate and 1/4 cup whipping cream in large microwave bowl
stirring after 1 minute
stir until chocolate is completely melted
cool 20 minutes or until room temp
beat remaining whipping cream in chilled large bowl with mixer on medium-high speed
until soft peaks form
add half whipping cream to chocolate mixture
whisk until well blended
stir in remaining whipped cream
spoon over filling in crust
refrigerate several hours or over night
