Ingredients
- 1 bunch watercress (4 cups)
- 1 green apple, unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tabelspoon chopped fresh int
- 4 ounces Feta
- freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine watercress, green apple, orange juice, olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and mint an dtoss well. Break up the Feta into small pieces. Divide the salad among 4 plates and top each with some of the Feta, drizzle with additional honey, and top with freshly ground pepper.
