Ingredients
- 6 6 6 Large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1 1 egg
- 2 2 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 2 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with water, cover pot, and bring to a boil. Cook for 25 minutes until tender, drain well.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and seasoning. Beat until fluffy.
Transfer to greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
