Holiday Ham with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 whole bone-in fully cooked ham (12-14 pounds) spiral cut or thinly sliced
  • 12 12 12 oz pineapple juice
  • 20 20 can 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 2 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 20-30 20-30 20-30 whole cloves
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup golden raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Place ham in roasting pan. Slowly pour pineapple juice over ham so it runs between the slices. Spoon pineapple over ham. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cloves. add raisins to pan juices.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Discard cloves, bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140. Baste every 20 minutes.
