Slow Cooker Sausage and Cheese Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1 Bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini (24 oz)
- 1 Pound Italian Sausage
- 1 Bag Baby Spinach
- 2 Cans of Chopped Tomatoes with Garlic (do not drain)
- 1 Can Chicken Broth (maybe a tad more if the tomatoes are dry)
- 8 ounce block of Cream Cheese (cubed)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain.
2) Add Sausage, Spinach, Tomatoes, Chicken Broth and Cream Cheese to a slow cooker.
3) Set on Low for about 5 hours. Stir a couple of times if possible.
4) Add the frozen Tortellini and cook for another 20-30 minutes (until the pasta is tender)
