- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 5 T sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 # marscapone
- 24 ladyfingers
- 4 T strong espresso
- 4 T Amaretto
- Cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream with 1 T sugar until stiff.
Whisk egg yolks with remaining sugar until creamy, using handheld whisk on medium speed.
Stir in marscapone 1 T at a time and, then, at slower speed, stir in the cream.
Line a flat dish with ladyfingers.
Mix espresso and Amaretto and spread ½ over ladyfingers but do not soak.
Spread a layer of cream on top and cover with a layer of ladyfingers, sprinkle with the remaining espresso and Amaretto mixture, and spread the remaining cream on top.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and chill for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
