Ingredients
- 5 Italian sausages cooked and sliced into rounds
- 1 900g pkg rotini pasta
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 280z can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp parsley
- pepper
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In frypan heat oil, cook onion until tender, add garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano,pepper and cheese
Add sausages
Cook rotini and drain
Pour sauce over rotini and toss to mix
Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese
