Fried Rice/ Vicky/ Yummy

Ingredients

  • RICE:
  • 2 cups 2 cups plus a little more Minute Rice
  • 2 cups 2 cups chicken broth (chic paste and water)
  • Bring water to a boil and add rice. Fluff and cover and remove from heat
  • In fry pan:
  • 1 TBS 1 TBS Sesame Oil
  • 2 C 2 C frozen Mixed Veggies
  • 4 4 4 Onions Chopped
  • Fry up and move over to side of pan. Add TBS butter and scramble 3 eggs. Mix with Veggies.
  • Add Soy Sauce
  • Add Rice to veggie/egg mixture
