Air Fried BBQ Chicken

There is a difference between baking and air frying. With air frying, the skin becomes a little crispy (which I don't get with baking). Both methods get you delicious chicken, but there's just something about the slight crisp in the skin that just makes the air fried version better for me. Yum! When I opened the air fryer to flip the chicken, I could hear the fantastic sizzle.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (1 thigh with skin is about 8 SP)
  • G. G. Hughes Sugar Free Hickory BBQ Sauce (up to 3 Tbsp is 0 SP)
  • Salt -0 SP
  • Freshly ground black pepper -0 SP
  • Spray oil -0SP

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and pay dry chicken.
· Season tops and bottoms of chicken with salt and pepper.
