Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 pkg (12sqs) Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line a 13x9" baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over the sides of pan.
2. Melt butter in large microwaveable bowl on high for 45 seconds. Add powdered sugar, graham crumbs, and peanut butter; mix well. Spread into prepared pan; cover with chocolate.
3. Cut partially through dessert to mark 48 squares. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan; cut into squares.
Note: To make thicker squares, use 8oz chocolate and a 9x9" baking dish.
