Ingredients
- 1cup1 cup long grain rice
- 19oz.19 oz. tomatoes with juice, undrained, chopped
- 1cup1 cup water
- 1tsp.1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2tsp.1/2 tsp. salt
- 1tsp.1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2cups2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 6 first ingredients in a casserole. Bring to boil stirring often. Cover. Let simmer for about 20 minutes, until rice is tender. Add cheese and stir until melted.
